I believe therapy should feel like a genuine conversation, not a clinical interrogation. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without masking, filtering, or leaving parts of yourself at the door. I view therapy as a collaborative partnership built on the understanding that you are the expert on your own life, and together we can explore what is getting in the way of living more authentically.
My approach is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and grounded in curiosity, compassion, and even humor. Drawing from somatic therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and nature-based interventions, I help clients better understand the connection between their experiences, nervous system, emotions, and behaviors. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, I work alongside each person to develop strategies that fit their unique needs and strengths.
As a neurodivergent clinician, I am especially passionate about supporting adolescents and adults navigating ADHD, autism, burnout, identity exploration, and life transitions. I enjoy helping clients better understand themselves, embrace the way their brains work, and move away from the pressure of fitting into expectations that were never designed for them.
My background in crisis intervention allows me to comfortably support clients through life’s most overwhelming and challenging moments, while my experience as an educator fuels my passion for working with teens and young adults. I am committed to providing an affirming, welcoming environment for LGBTQ+ individuals and those navigating multicultural or third-culture identities.
Whether you’re feeling disconnected from yourself, overwhelmed by stress, navigating a major life transition, or supporting a teenager through their own challenges, I strive to create a space where healing feels genuine, collaborative, and grounded in who you truly are.
