If you’re a high-achieving, late-diagnosed (or self-identified) neurodivergent person who’s been holding it all together while quietly wondering why it feels so hard, you’re in the right place.

I’m not your sister’s therapist. And this probably won’t feel like the therapy you’ve had before.

As a neurodivergent (AuDHD) therapist myself, I specialize in working with people (especially women and those in the LGBTQ+ community) who are navigating late diagnosis, unmasking, perfectionism, OCD tendencies, religious deconstruction, burnout, and that persistent sense that you’re here for something big — but can’t quite organize your nervous system (or your life) long enough to begin. Together, we focus on what actually works for you, not what looks good on paper.

My approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, spiritually integrated, and grounded in nervous system regulation. I weave together creativity and expressive arts, somatic techniques and ritual for releasing stagnant energy and inviting in new beginnings, and yes — Reiki and intuitive insight when it aligns with your beliefs. I also help unpack spiritual bypassing, limiting beliefs, and the patterns that keep brilliant people playing small.

Therapy with me is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and deeply relational. I prioritize the therapeutic alliance because healing happens when you feel seen — not analyzed. Whether we’re reorganizing your systems after a late ADHD or autism realization, exploring life purpose and career direction, supporting spiritual awakening, or helping you build a solid internal foundation, our work centers on empowerment and alignment.

I especially love working with those on a mission — the helpers, healers, creatives, leaders, and deep thinkers who know they’re here for a reason but need encouragement, clarity, and practical support to step into it. We’ll focus on increasing confidence, removing outdated boundaries, strengthening healthy ones, and building a life that feels sustainable, meaningful, and authentically yours.

If you’re ready for therapy that blends humor, depth, nervous system work, spirituality (without bypassing), and real-world strategy — let’s begin.
