MSW, LCSWA, LCASA

Hi there—I’m really glad you’re here.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step—maybe even a little scary or overwhelming. If that’s where you are right now, know this: you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. I’m here to walk alongside you as you begin (or continue) your journey toward healing, growth, and discovering the version of yourself that feels more grounded, connected, and whole.

I work with children, teens, young adults, and adults who are navigating life’s challenges—from mental health struggles to substance use—and everything in between. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like you’ve been carrying too much for too long, therapy can be a powerful place to pause, reflect, and begin creating meaningful change.

My approach is rooted in empathy and connection. I create a space where you can show up just as you are, without judgment. Here, you’ll be supported and encouraged to explore what’s holding you back, build on your strengths, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are. I believe that you already hold the capacity for transformation—it’s my job to help you tap into that inner strength and keep moving forward.

To support your growth, I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Ecotherapy, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strength-Based work. Your journey is unique, and together we’ll find the tools and strategies that feel most helpful and empowering for you.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate (LCASA). I received both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from NC State University, with a minor in Psychology. Over the years, I’ve worked in inpatient settings, led group therapy, served as a school social worker, and provided outpatient individual therapy. These experiences have given me a well-rounded perspective—and a deep appreciation for how resilient people can be, even when life feels hardest.

If you’re ready to explore your story, break free from patterns that no longer serve you, and build a life that truly feels like yours, I’d be honored to support you.

Outside of therapy, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband, our two cats, and our puppy—either gardening in the sunshine or planning our next travel adventure.
